Fábrica Santo António is a century-old company established in 1893 in Funchal, and has since produced traditional Madeira’s biscuits.
Today, the factory also makes the traditional Sugar Cane Syrup cake, artisanal candies, Quince Paste, and regional fruit jams. During Easter, it produces the traditional sugar-coated almonds.
With a wide range of fine biscuits in varying sizes and shapes, the factory uses only the finest ingredients. Its quality and consistency have become a hallmark, setting the standard in Madeira.
This heritage has been carefully preserved and expanded by the family, now in its 5th generation.
